Branded Thunder Stix
Crowds in Forbes Shire cheered on the Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Relay with the help of Progress Printing’s Thunder Stix. The Thunder Stix featured Forbes’ new branding “Amazing Forbes” which celebrates the region’s resilience, the bright red colour and large lettering based on the public art project that saw a sculpture of the word “amazing” to be the first built for the ‘Somewhere Down the Lachlan River Sculpture Trail.’
The Thunder Stix enlivened the community celebration when the Queen’s Baton arrived carried by Commonwealth Games medal winner and Forbes’ local Phillip Adams and handed to local Ethan Markwort (pictured).
